it's been too long...

Wow it has been too long since my last upload. Since the last time you saw my picture, I have had many journeys! I have a great lady taking care of me - her name is Jan. She plays with me, talks with me, and even celebrates birthdays for the other kids. Last week I got to celebrate Petra's birthday (but I couldn't have any of the cupcakes.... :( I also went to Covenant Pines "up north." We had dinner at Mark's Bar in McGregor. I don't usually go to bars, but it iseriously the only place in town to have dinner. I am looking forward to October 1 - the non-smoking ban goes into effect for the whole state! The day before micah's big day, he went to the state fair with Great gma and gpa, grandman and papa, Aunt Kari, uncle Eric, and cousins, Connor and Carter, and uncle Matt. What a wonderful day we had! The last picture is of Micah's first bikeride when we were in Stockholm Wisconsin with grandma and papa small. I received less than happy faces from mom and grandma - I would like to announce that he was entirely out of harms way! A little risk will put some hair on his chest!

Micah's baptism - A Holy Roller

Image
Well Micah received the pouring out of the Holy Spirit in Baptism on Sunday. He didn't scream, but he loved the experience and enjoyed the attention of the church. Hopefully the congregation will raise him to be a theologian - a love of God, who dicerns God's work in the world! He also expereinced his first swim, and he rolled over that night all by himself! A big day indeed. Let the pictures tell the story!
