Well, I went out to eat after lunch with my friends, The Caustons and The Talmos/Everetts. We went to Jake O'Connors. Dad likes the cheese and meats and mom likes the pastries. The best part is the Irish music and the really great servers. Today, I was invited to partake of the fruit plate. Dad game me a piece of melon and cantaloupe (this is a hard word to spell). Mommy made sure I didn;t choke - it is good to have mommy around, otherwise dad would feed me anything! Anyway, dad noticed that I was shredding the cantaloupe, and he felt around in my mouth and found a tooth! I HAVE MY FIRST TOOTH - BRING ON THE RED MEAT! Also, when I was done eating my fruit, this cute little girl came over to say hello. My first girlfriend is Petra, but this girl was my size, and she had less hair than me??? But wow was she a cutie. Anyway, dad let me give her a kiss, and she tried to hold my hand. I think her name is Ashlyn. I hope to see her in the Narthex again next week. Well, it's a new year...

I am still lovin' it.

I love this season.

I am officially into food. I love to eat. This morning I ate bananas, and my dad gave me a sippy cup to wash it all down. I am not quite sure how the sippy cup works, but I can make it work like a jackhammer! Merry Christmas everyone!

I have been busy preparing for the holdays. Being able to sit up has helped in making the candied yams, the cranberry cookies, and the rosettes. I was going to hang the lights for my dad, but I couldn't hold myself up long enough to do the job. I sure do love the holidays - the sugar count in my milk is through the roof (thanks mom!) I also started eating cereal! It is quite bland, but it makes a mess, so I enjoy it! I also sucked on an orange, banana, and apple - I like the fruity taste...oh, I also tried a clemintine! I love growing up! HEre are some photos of my recent days: The green sweater is from the Tamte's - I love it! The Christmas tree photo is from my first Santa Lucia experience. Both me and my dad stayed awake for the whole thing - mom was really proud of dad! I like Santa Lucia - she has a neat story - she's not just an Italian woman that Swedes celebrate, she was a martyr! Please pardon the interruption from my point of view - Dad is traveling and would like a chance to self-reflect. I have given him permission. ~Micah I was reviewing the blog posts from last summer (06) when I was in Germany. I read through the post just prior to leaving for Deutschland, and I reflected significantly on missing Lindsay, Grover and the church. It was surreal to read the post that had no mention of Micah, specifically, or an upcoming baby, generally. However, within three weeks of returning we were pregnant (by "we"-you know what I mean). In less than a year of my departure, Lindsay and Grover expanded, and never will my life be the same. I am captured by time. The year that went by between Europe and Micah is 150% of his current life. Yet that same amount of time is 3% of my life. It went by so quickly, yet the four years that we had to wait for conceiving Micah seemed like forever. Now I am on the road in Elkhart, IN. The five days that I have been gone from h...

Well it was my first turkey day. I didn;t get to sleepy because the tryptophan was dilluted by the time I received my dinner from mommy. Anyway....here are some of my pictures from the weekend. I really enjoyed my time with Connor and Carter. I look forward to seeing them soon. Kari and Eric are a great mommy and daddy, too. Also, being with papa, grandma, my great-grandparetns and great-marge was really joyful. I make the same kinds of noises as my great-grandpa - he is a riot. Well, enjoy the pics...
